Insurance & payment

Cash pay is $120 for a 55-minute session. I accept HSA and some insurance through Alma and Headway — they'll let you know your specific responsibility before our first session. More detail on the What it's like page.

States I'm licensed in

I can only see clients located in Utah and Washington. State licensing rules require it — even online. If you're outside Utah or Washington, I'd be glad to point you toward Psychology Today or Inclusive Therapists, both good directories for finding a therapist in your state.
